I try not to intellectualize my work—what is made comes from inside me, almost guiding
my hands unconsciously; and I’d simply like my viewers to find the place where I was—
to feel and experience what motivated me to create the piece. I hope it will also provoke
you to look again, to want to feel, to touch it—for it comes from the place truly gifted artists
visit often—the creative core.
Being an artist is a life force, not a career choice.
